Eating Healthy
I feel that more and more people are eating healthier these days and trying to take control of their weight. Its a good rule of thumb to ignore your cravings, wow that's easier said than done! I crave meat all the time and I don't know why, like pot roast, roasted chicken or turkey.
Am I lacking something in my diet that makes me crave meat all the time? I think I'm strange to have such a craving as this, many people crave snacks, not me! I do not eat meat that much even though I am always craving it, I don't eat snacks that much at all either, I like to eat healthy as in salads, either fruit or veggies. I drink a lot of smoothies that I make myself, and it seems to fill me for a while.
I believe that soon obesity will be a thing of the past because the world we are now living in seems to come up with so many helpful things to keep us fit and eat right. This of course is just my opinion, but with today's technology we cant help but better ourselves.
